When asked what advice she’d give someone hoping to turn their passion into a profession, she answered directly.

“Take that leap, take that jump,” she said, “but be ready to do the hard work behind it. There will be sleepless nights, there will be so much hard work, and it will be extremely competitive.”

She points out how crowded the field has become, noting that ten to fifteen home bakers often operate within a single residential building. Her advice: train relentlessly, experiment constantly, and think beyond the obvious.
