If Wishes Could Kill presents a chilling puzzle in which a group of high school students make sinister wishes, only to see their lives spiral into a nightmare. Set in a dystopian world, a mysterious app triggers a chain of tragic events that drags four teenagers into a deadly maze of demons, desire, and sacrifice.
As jealousy turns fantasies into reality, every wish comes with a devastating cost. Seeking the perfect life, Na Ri makes a fatal wish that sets her on a brutal path from which there may be no return. Let’s delve into the details of the events that lead to a climactic ending.

Se A Reaches A Dead End While Trying To Break A Curse Associated With Countless Deaths And A Strange
See A and her friends come across an app named Girigo, where any wish, whether good or bad, can be made to come true. A kid tries it, but the cost he pays makes these four friends scared to the bone. He kills himself in front of the whole class, leading a wave of panic in the school. Se A, Na Ri, Geon U, and Ha Jun come across the app, which they used, and now they have to pay the price they are not ready for. Every event leads to only one thing: death. Se A goes back in time to understand the sinister app and why the app is killing kids after a wish.
Na Ri’s aunt makes Se Na travel to the past and see a demonic presence that makes kids use their deepest, darkest desire to come true, and on top of that, it is not for their own good. It turns out that a few years ago, two teenage girls shared a great bond. Kang Yeong and Si Won encounter a series of events that lead to ultimate dark magic. Si Won’s mother, being an exorcist, occasionally tries to protect the girls, but one night things become out of control.

Deadly Game In The If Wishes Could Kill Series Review
Si Won develops an app that grants people’s wishes, but instead of becoming a simple game, it becomes a real-life threat. Si Won hates her mother and her psychotic deeds, becoming a freak at school. To protect her daughter, Kang Yeong helps her, but after Si Won finds out that she is making him do black magic. She releases footage of Kang where she wishes to become a crush of her classmate. This humiliates Kang in front of her whole class, and even her crush despises her.
Seeing the outcome of the confession, Kang kills herself while using the app and wishes that all those who insulted her would die. After Kang dies, her soul haunts all those who wish to kill their friends. Se A found this and now has to find the phone that led to this mess. She finds every alternate and travel time to change the outcome of each wish, but all in vain.

The Final Battle Against the Curse
Turns out that Na Ri was jealous of Si Won’s closeness with Geon U and tries to steal them from her. She wishes Se-A to die, and now Kang’s soul is embodied in her to kill. A battle against the two leads them to the old gym building, where Kang killed herself, and the phone becomes a life-or-death situation for them. After a climactic series of events, it’s revealed that not Kang but Si Won made the app, and her phone should be destroyed to stop these catastrophic events.
With the help of the shaman, Na Ri’s aunt, and her friends, Si A finally breaks the curse on the phone. She comes out of the curse and the dystopian world, finally putting an end to the things. But is it the end? Well, only time will tell.
It’s a crazy turn of events, but the limited series pulls fans into a gripping situation. It’s an absolute nail-biting and chilling series, and for horror-loving fans, it’s a must-watch series. A solid 8 out of 10.
