At the army kitchen, Dong Hyeon is more of a combat guy than a kitchen guy. His meals bring the worst imaginations of soldiers, though no one can tell him. While Kang enters the kitchen, a virtual voice guides him to become a kitchen expert and make delicious meals for others. While the reputation of the kitchen speaks louder, to make things worse, an outpost commander visits the post, and Dong seems to be nowhere to be found.
The reputation is at stake, but something needs to be done as soon as possible. Kang cooks a sea urchin soup, but things turn out to be worse. The senior commander is rushed to the hospital, only to be found to have a minor allergy to some ingredient in the soup. But this brings a turning point in Kang’s life. His food becomes the source of salvation for many who were suffering from Dong’s garbage. With this, both Kang and Dong begin to introduce changes to the menu, featuring epic quality food and flavors on the table.
