The 8-member high-energy boy-band has just dropped a new release, KARMA. Spanning a little over 32 minutes, the release hosts 11 tracks — each serving a unique purpose. Join us as we dwell into Stray Kids’ latest release!
The powerhouse group has officially released their fourth Korean-language studio album on August 22, and fans are loving it. Moreover, this marks their first full-length release since a 2023 studio album, and a 2024 EP.

Set in what seems to be a futuristic theme, the boy-band has leveraged their striking features, tying into their ongoing lore. Essentially, the concept circles around a grand annual sports event called Karma Sports. So, as each member battle to reclaim their titles, they adorn the spirit of the album.
Sounds complex? Well, this is all reminiscent of the Korean-pop genre, where concepts, themes, and story-lines are deconstructed through title-songs and b-sides. Intriguingly, the group’s in-house production team, 3RACHA, which includes three of the band’s members — Chan, Changbin and Han — crafted this album meticulously. They did so by collaborating with other individuals to help write and produce their tracks.
Additionally, the band dropped a music video for their track ‘CEREMONY’, which dynamically displays the visuals of the concept. Moreover, the MV holds surprises for all viewers, sporting cameos and bringing fandoms together.
Coming together in 16 different versions and 3 vinyls, KARMA is truly a collector’s dream come true. Shockingly, pre-saves began in July 25 and in just one day, the album has become a “double-million” seller. Hence, this makes it Stray Kids’ second album to surpass 2 million sales on the first day of its release.

CREED IS A MASTERPIECE OH MY GOSH. It’s a nod to their growth, but also reminds me of their early days–while being so catchy. I’m excited for this MV!
