The finale aired on July 27 on Colors TV, and JioCinema. With that, it wrapped up a season that broke the mold of traditional reality shows. Notably, the final episode stood out for the way it celebrated growth, friendships, and humor in the unlikeliest of kitchen situations.

Karan, and Elvish Take Home The Title Of “Laughter Chefs”
After a tight race, Karan Kundrra, and Elvish Yadav emerged as the winning pair, scoring 51 points. In addition, the final scores were based on a unique judging format that involved live audience tastings, adding suspense, and excitement to the final moments.
Moreover, the duo’s chemistry, banter, and surprising culinary coordination received appreciation from both the judge, and the live audience. Judge Harpal Singh Sokhi praised the pair for keeping the spirit of the show alive, and always giving their best.

Originally, Elvish Yadav had entered Laughter Chefs with Abdu Rozik as his partner. However, midway through the season, Abdu made an exit due to other commitments. That’s when Karan Kundrra stepped in, forming an unlikely, but dynamic duo with Elvish. Despite joining late, Karan seamlessly adapted, and brought his signature wit, and calm energy in the kitchen.
The Runners-Up
Finishing close behind with 38 points, were wildcard entries Aly Goni, and Reem Shaikh, who also gained popularity for their playful friendship. Despite being wildcards joining midway, the two managed to quickly make their way into the finale as the Jodi with one of the highest number of stars. Though they didn’t win, they were awarded diamond stars to appreciate their strong performance throughout the season.

Trip Down The Memory Lane
The finale also featured a unique memory-lane red carpet segment. Contestants walked down a specially styled carpet adorned with throwback photos, and clips from the season. Through this, the show celebrated their journey of emotional highs, friendships, and even cooking disasters. As a result, this retrospective beautifully set a nostalgic tone.
Moreover, all the contestants were introduced as “Chefs” on their entry, emphasizing on their improvement, and growth in their cooking skills.
Guest Appearances
The finale featured several celebrity guest appearances, enhancing the overall vibe of the final episodes. Abhinav Shukla arrived to support his wife Rubina Dilaik. His entry led to a playful banter with co-contestant Abhishek Kumar who jokingly called him “jiju” (brother-in-law) after a series of flirtatious exchange with Rubina throughout the season.
In addition to that, Sonali Bendre, and Munawar Faruqui appeared to promote their upcoming reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga set to replace Laughter Chefs in the same time slot from August 2.
